Shipping

Our current shipping goes out twice per month:

  • Mid month: The 15th of the month or the next business day after the 15th if the 15th lands on a weekend.

  • End of month: The Last day of the month or the next business day after the last day if the last day of the month lands on a weekend

Orders placed by 11:59 PM (PST) on the 14th will be shipped out with the mid month shipping.

Orders placed by 11:59 PM (PST) before the last day of the month will be shipped out with the end of month shipping.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product so if the product fails your expectations, please let our team of experts help you as best we can. If you are not satisfied with the product, we will gladly accept returns in their unused original condition within 2 weeks of you receiving the product.  Due to the fact that we are a small business, we cannot cover shipping for returned items unfortunately.

To initiate a return:
  • Please email customer service at mytinysprouts@gmail.com to receive an OR#.
  • Once you receive your OR#, include your original packing slip, OR# in the return package.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the return. We will then issue your refund to the original form of payment.

Sometimes things get damaged on their way to you. If the product is damaged during shipping in any way, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can work on replacing your box.
